In the lead powder production process, there are currently two main types of equipment for purifying the dust from the milling exhaust. One is a water mist dust collector, and the other is a dry dust collector. The water mist dust collector is characterized by its clean purification and low manual maintenance, but the reuse rate of the lead powder washed out is very low. The dry dust collector is characterized by a clean production environment, but like bag dust collectors, it requires regular replacement of bags. However, it saves water and allows for the lead powder collected to be reused.
The dry dust collector provided by our company adopts a box-type bag-hanging design, with the outlet at the top of the box directly connected to a negative pressure fan.
