This line is used for the preparation and casting of alloy ingots, and it consists of three main parts.
The first part is the lead ingot feeding rack, where lead ingots are manually placed onto the feeding rack, which automatically feeds the lead ingots into the melting furnace.
The second part is the alloy furnace section, which includes melting furnaces for lead alloys with capacities of 3T, 5T, 10T, etc. The furnace is equipped with a stirrer and a lead liquid pump, and heating inside the furnace is achieved through stainless steel electric heating tubes.
The third part is an alloy ingot casting machine, with casting molds for alloy ingots of specifications such as 10kg, 20kg, 30kg, etc.
